pendekar...

test..test..

been 2 weeks in LA, setelah summer holiday pulang indo dan lagi2 ndak ngambil kelas. hehehe. i know i'm lazy, and kuliah juga lama, at least i'm not depressed. hehe.

sudah 2 minggu juga ndak ada ide tentang pendekar suling, padahal di indo dah berhasil menelorkan 1 episode pendekar suling, konsep buat ending juga dah ada, tapi ndak ada ide lanjutan. parah.
for those who don't know, pendekar suling is a character who i created around 9 months ago i think, possibly 1 year. jadi gini, pendekar suling ni terkenal licik dan cerdik, tapi sebenernya orang2 ndak tau dia jago kungfu beneran apa ndak, jago silat beneran apa ndak, karena dia selalu kabur dari musuh2nya. nah, konsep dari pendekar suling ini (critanya sih drama radio pendek, atau komik strip lah klo ntar jadinya komik) adalah dia tuh selalu kabur dengan cara yang cerdik dan hopefully lucu lah, klo ndak lucu dan jayus gak laku ntar. and so far, baru ada 1 episode (and it's not even a pilot episode) dan konsep tentang final episode yang juga belom jelas.

anw, if u have any ideas, feel free to post here. (gayane, padahal reader blog juga belom ada hahah).

oh ya, gambar di atas tuh kira2 bayanganku tentang pendekar suling. klo gambar di atas sih pendekar laut, komiknya tony wong. tapi kira2 gitu lah.

Finally, after 9 months...
yes, i hope this is the time that I finally manage to post new entries regularly. for the past 9 months i had been neglecting my own blog. i even forgot that i have a blog. until recently when i saw Dian Sastro's blog, baru inget kalo aku punya blog. hahah. (yes I know, Dian Sastro. hehe.)
I'm not really sure actually what I was gonna write here. Post ini cuma buat restart again, just to get it started again, because if i didn't do this, I won't start again, and I want to start again.

anyways, today i finally went to church again. i went to bethany church in santa monica tadi. and i have to tell you, the pastor was bad. ngomongnya muter2, n doesn't even get to the point. i mean, of course i know his points, because he said his purpose at the beginning of his speech. but most of the time he was just quoting from the bible, and tell about his name, his age, the amount of cars he has, his lame jokes, etc. i'm not saying that his sermon ndak berguna, i do actually learn a thing or two from the bible quotes. but he took too long, honestly. this is i think 1 thing that the catholic church does it better than the christian. their sermon is good. applies to daily life, not necesseraly quoting from the bible, but it works. jangan marah2 dulu ya, i'm just comparing, not putting christian vs. catholic church. hehe.

have to admit though, it feels good setelah lama ndak ke gereja and akhirnya ke gereja juga. meeting people, singing, etc. i guess i'm still a christian afterall, i feel the need to go to church. let's hope sekarang jadi betah ke gereja. (but of course, still hoping for a better sermon hehe).
